By entering the Miss Pink Beauty Pageant, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

Contestants must meet all eligibility criteria set out in the application process. Miss Pink Beauty reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any time.

2. 

Entry Fee

A non-refundable entry fee is required to secure your place in the competition. Once payment has been made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. However, your entry may be transferred to a future Miss Pink Beauty event or another system/event operated by us, subject to availability and approval.

3. 

Cancellations

If a contestant chooses to withdraw from the competition, the entry fee remains non-refundable. Entries may be transferred to another event run by Miss Pink Beauty at our discretion.

4. 

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times. Any form of misconduct may result in disqualification without refund.

5. 

Photography & Media

By participating, you agree to allow Miss Pink Beauty to use your photos, videos, and name for promotional and marketing purposes across all media platforms.

6. 

Amendments

Miss Pink Beauty reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. All updates will be posted on our official website.
